SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent directly to the email address provided at checkout. If your order is over $100, it will ship free with standard shipping (order total is computed after any discounts and not including taxes).

LOST AND MISSING PACKAGE POLICY

All online purchases are eligible for shipping insurance upon Checkout. If shipping insurance is selected and your item was not successfully delivered by our shipping provider after the tracking update states 'Delivered', we will resend your original order or create store credit for the cost of your order. If shipping insurance is not selected, we are not required to reimburse you for any cost and we suggest filing a claim through the shipping service responsible for the delivery of your order.
